Paper boxes

One of the things we learned at Super Saturday was how to make paper boxes. I fell in instant love with them, because 1) they are easy, 2) they are free, and 3) they are cute!

I whipped some up Sunday morning for my ladies that I visit teach, stuffed them with some of my precious saved tissue paper from Anthropologie packages, a little wax paper and some cookies. Instant handmade, heartfelt gift! Don't be surprised if one day you receive some sort of gift from me wrapped in this way!

Those are really cute, and a great idea to give to your sisters. Are those like the boxes I used to make when i was little, no glue or tape needed?

They use a 12x12 piece of paper, and I used one piece of tape at the bottom inside of each box to hold the four corners down. They really are so easy, and you can use any scrap paper.

I'm pretty sure they are the same or similar to eh boxes i used to make as a kid, just a few folds, and cuts, than tuck and it stays, right?
we just never used as cute of paper or did anything worthwhile with them.

So stinking cute! I need to learn to make those boxes (I have enough 12x12 paper to make boxes for pretty much the entire state of California).
