Unfortunately, bi...I like her idea above VERY much. Unfortunately, birthday parties can end up being very stressful. And, as you said, it's not so much about the party as it is about making sure your child feels loved and special. Every other year would give the kids something to look forward to rather than just expect. I have 3 b-days in the month of April, so you add Easter on top of that and it makes for one stressed out and overextended mama. O...We always did birthday parties every other year. On the off years it was just family.
